If you could take a tour of a commercial restaurant kitchens as they cook, you’d be shocked.
Now I’m not saying all establishments are sickening, but most of them are taking huge shortcuts in food processing, food production, right onto the plate or paper bag.
I would never have said these things in the past. Heck, I’m a restaurant entrepreneur and I love restaurants.
When I was rockn in the public eye, I used to tell folks of other great restaurants they should patronize.
Now dear friends, possibly a few fast-food joints I would recommend, but most places have lost their style. And it’s not to blame the restaurant or the management. We live in uncertain times. The love of mankind has taken a back seat to greed, lust, and selfishness. After the plaque, it became a license for EVERYONE to rob humanity. Even if companies were not inherently evil, their thoughts are;
