In short, the 911 Diet Plan is easy to understand There are three components to foods besides water. Fats, Carbs, and proteins. All food id made up of these components. Foods are made up of three, no four components. Carbohydrates, proteins, fats and water.
Fat on your body is stored food. When you eat more food than your body needs to live and breathe, the excess food is stored on the body in the form of fat. Got it. Okay.
Since we need to eat fat for energy and other complicated metabolic functions, we must eat it. Oils, butter, lard, animal fats.
The 911 Diet Plan removes those fats from your meals. Hence the fat you need comes from the fat that is on your body. You will be using and eating your own fat and getting thinner and smaller.
When all the fat is removed from your body the 911 Diet Plan puts you on maintenance, bring back the fats that the plan makes you stop for a time.
